This person will be required to generate revenue through new business in a designated territory and / or targeted industries through personal efforts. This position is ideal for individuals with software development experience that have great people skills.
The person who are dynamic, self-motivated with good oral & written communication skills, excellent client interaction ability, can understand client needs, leadership qualities.
Would be responsible for independently managing the entire Marketing operations, Develop international sales plan, formulate marketing strategy, Office coordination and management.
Key Characteristics of Position
- This person will use multiple prospecting methods to generate leads, set up sales meetings and pitch appropriate solution-offerings to prospects
- Will anchor proposal preparation activity, and work closely with presales and delivery managers in identifying appropriate solution for the prospects
- Will gain superior knowledge of target market segment and business trends there in
- Will build successful and scalable relationships with C-Level audience in prospect organizations
- Will work with minimum supervision
- In addition the candidate need to have technical development knowledge in the following areas
- Web Development 2.0, 3.0
- Mobile Application Development
- SEO Content/Article Writing
- Software Development
- Graduates / Post Graduates in Computer Science / Computer Application with MBA will be added advantage
Specifications:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of prior experience in a Sales / Leadership role in the respective markets
- Experience working with customers in the Manufacturing, Banking, Financial Services & Insurance verticals
- Post graduate / MBA from a reputed school
- The role requires a highly self-motivated and enthusiastic professional with good effective communication skills
