Qualification:
• Masters in business administration or equivalent degree with strong academic background
• At least 3 years of strong sales & project management and consultative selling experience
• Proven ability to work with Google Adwords and affiliate marketing (facebook ads and other online sales/marketing channels are a plus)
• Ability to drive increasing revenue quarter over quarter and exceed revenue goals
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills as well as the ability to handle a large team of diverse individuals
• The person must have some background in scripting, php/python are preffered
• The person MUST have good background in SQL (mysql, oracle sql any one of them)

Job description:
You'll manage Google's AdWords, linkedin & facebook ads (but not limited to) for eZdia's various offerings (experts, projects, soft goods, online services). You'll also leverage your analytical skills to troubleshoot issues in the complex online ads (creatives, quality score, placements, pricing, CTR etc.) towards ROI optimization.
In your role, you will be expected to utilize your teamwork & project management skills to attain timely/quality delivery of projects to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.
We're using affiliate channels like clickbank/eBay/Amazon etc., and your experience and help is expected in multiple outbound and inbound affiliate channels. Prior knowledge (hands-on) of various freelancing websites like Odesk, Elance and Freelancer would be a big plus.
Beside customer projects (i.e. ezdia.com/projects) we're selling online services including; online training in different technologies, article writing, on and off page SEO, design services etc. to our clients. You will be responsible for bringing right users to our online service pages and increasing the sale of our online services via various online marketing/sales channels.
