A. Account Verification is an easy step. Upon account creation, you will receive an email with verification link. Click on the link will open your browser (either on your computer or on your mobile device) and confirms the verification of your account by following the instruction.

Let trusted eZdia Experts find answers to your problems. On the other hand, experts can use eZdia to offer their services for a reasonable fee and collaboratively build a better future The community based approach is also the perfect way to give back to the community and at the same time further the development of the world for our children.
A. Store the knowledge you want to learn and want share. Access that from anywhere. You define your own topics of interest & determine what you want to learn – eZdia does the rest. Using knowledge bucket, eZdia will provide a personalized experience through recommendations, share what friends are doing in their communities to the users.
A. This is the place where you can share your expertise and make money by working on projects posted by other users and answer questions.
A. Follow the process:
1) Expert(Service provider) has to raise the invoice.
2) Client receives the invoice and the flow will direct him towards the payment.
3) Client completes the money transaction to expert account.
4) Finally expert can withdraw money from his account any time.
A. eZdia allows you to earn rewards while you share your knowledge, associate content with your areas of expertise, and build your communities. The rewards are usually in points which can be converted easily to USD currency as well as used for paying for the other expert's services.
A. This is your personal profile where you can enter your information regarding your areas of expertise, experience, education, connections, and sample projects. This is what other users see and read to create an opinion of you, so it is advisable and recommended for you to spend a little time and ensure that your profile is professional, complete, accurate and marketable to the community.
A. The personal profile indicator shows you how complete your profile is and also suggests you ways to complete the profile based on the information you have already filled up.
A. Accounts cannot be deleted! We don't ever want you to leave, we'd miss you too much, sniff.
However, should you feel that you really wish to de-activate your account, then send an email on ezdia.acc.close@ezdia.com with the subject line "Account Close" along with the reason why you would like to do so. Once you send this email, it will take around 3 to 4 weeks for the eZdia team to process your request.

Once your account is deactivated:
Your profile page is wiped clean.
All of your skill/expertise pages are deleted.
All of your projects and bids are deleted.
` All of your previous comments on associated Knowledge Bucket content will show your username with a "!" symbol next to them.
You will not able to login to view previous purchase activity or funds added. If there any funds or balance remain in your account then it'll be notified and refunded to you within 3 to 4 weeks.
A. eZdia offers you the privilege of managing the email notifications yourself. If you want to avoid unnecessary notifications, you can go to the user menu options available in the top right of your eZdia home page. There are two options :
1) All Mails from Ezdia
2) Only Mandatory Mails
You can choose any of them to control the email notifications.
A. During phone verification eZdia executive may ask you few question about experts listed skill. It is absolutely FREE and take not more then 5 minutes of your time over the phone.

A. Follow the below steps for withdrawing money:
1. Login to your eZdia account
2. Click on Add/View Funds in the Menu Bar.
3. Check the balance in your account.
4. Now Click on Withdraw Funds in the Menu Bar.
5. Put the exact amount that you want to Withdraw.
6. Select the right payment mode
7. Enter the details and click on Withdraw.

If you experience any problems withdrawing funds, please contact
* Minimum Amount for withdraw is $30. For first 3 withdrawal, amount can be less then $30.
A. You can give the feedback once the project is completed. Follow the below steps for giving feedback to your client or expert:
1. Login to your eZdia account
2. Click on My Projects
3. Select the right radio button i.e. expert or client
4. Click on the completed project link for which you want to give feedback
5. Select the rating and enter the comment.
6. Click on submit button. ( You cannot change your feedback once you submit ).

Please be honest and fair with your feedback. It will be shown in the user's review history. We recommend you to give a detailed feedback, as this will help to grab more opportunities in future.
