US Department of State has recently published the July 2011 visa bulletin . This July 2011 visa bulletin has tremendous improvements for few countries though slowly progressing for others. Based on the last 6 months visa bulletin, the August 2011 Visa Bulletin predictions are made and they are presented below:

August 2011 Visa Bulletin Prediction for Family Sponsored Preferences

F1 Visa cutoff dates of China, India and worldwide will remain stable as 01May04. Mexico cutoff date is expected to remain stable as 08MAR93 or it might have an advancement of 7 days-2 months. Philippines cut-off dates will have an advancement of 2 to 4 months from 15APR96.

F2A Visa cut-off dates for all countries other than Mexico will have a slight advancement of 2 months or tremendous advancement of 7 months or more (as happened in July visa bulletin) from the date 22MAR08. Mexico cut-off date will have a date in AUG08 to OCT08.

F2B Visa cut-off dates will remain unchanged as 01JUL03 or it might have an advancement of 3 months for China, India and worldwide. Mexico cut-off date is expected to be 22OCT92. Philippines cut-off dates will be some date in DEC00.

F3 Visa cut-off dates for China, India and worldwide will be a date in AUG01. Mexico cut-off date will remain the same as 15NOV92 or it will have slight advancement of 7 days to 1 month. Philippines cut-off date will be a date in APR92.

F4 Visa cut-off dates for worldwide and India will remain the same as 08MAR00 or it will have 1-2 months advancement. China cut-off date might remain stable as 08MAR00 or it might have advancement of 20 days to 2 months. Mexico cut-off date will remain stable as 01MAR96 or it will have slight advancement of 15 to 40 days.  Philippines cut-off date will be a date in the end of MAY88 or some date of JUL88.

August 2011 Visa Bulletin Prediction for Employment Based Preferences

EB1 Visa cut-off dates for all countries will be Current.

EB2 Visa cut-off dates will be Current for Mexico, Philippines and worldwide. India and China cut-off dates will have 2-6 months advancement from 08MAR07.

EB3 Visa cut-off dates for worldwide and Philippines will have a date in NOV05. Cut-off date for China will have advancement of 1-2 months from 01JUL04. Cut-off date for India will have advancement of 7 days to 15 days from 01MAY02.  Mexico cut-off date will have advancement of 3-8 months from 01JUL05.

Other Workers Visa cut-off dates for Worldwide, Mexico and Philippines will have slight advancement of 2 months or tremendous advancement of 1 year (as happened in July Visa Bulletin) from the date 22Nov04. China cut-off dates will remain stable as 22APR03. India cut-off date will have 7 days to 15 days advancement from 01MAY02.

EB4, Visa for certain religious workers, 5th Targeted Employment Areas / Regional Centers and Pilot Programs will all have cut-off dates to be Current for all countries.
