Acura is a division of Honda Motor Company which is involved in manufacturing of luxury cars; this brand has been undertaken by the Japanese Automobile giant to market their luxury cars in US, Canada and Hong Kong. All the luxury cars under this brand name are considered to be Performance and near performance vehicles. In America they have lunched a fully remodeler version of Acura RL which is already selling in Japan under the name of Honda Legend and the interesting thing is all the legends and RLs are manufactured in Saitama in Japan. The first version of Acura RL was introduced around 1986 in America, since then it has been revised three times and now a technologically and mechanically advanced version of Acura RL is being launched as Acura RL 2011.

The Acura has constantly bagged the National Highway Traffic System Administrations (NHTSA) ‘Five Star’ ratings and ‘G’ for Good by the insurance institute of Highway safety (IIHS). These safety features include Antilock braking system, Vehicle stability assist, Traction Control, Break assist, Front and front side airbags and Side curtain air nags for passengers.

Pricing of the car is not known till date but will be announced in near future. This new Acura RL 2011 is said to have looks which was the missing factor in their previous versions, although they have satisfied customers with their driving and engine performance they are going to be in the market for giving looks and feel of a real Luxury Car.
