The car will be designed and developed at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada (TMMC) unit, which is in Woodstock, Ontario. According to experts the car will set a record in the market of fully electric cars with the trust of Toyota and Tesla motors. Yes, 2013 Toyota Rav4 will be a combined production of Toyota Motors and Tesla Motors.

With this car, Toyota will be targeting the small SUV market instead of competing with Chevrolet Volt and Nissan Leaf. It is being said that the car will be designed for next generation with fuel saving techniques. Tesla will be providing its key components. Apart from providing key components, Tesla Motors will also provide engineering support.

2013 Toyota Rv4 is being designed to lodge electric components with high fuel efficiency. Price of the car and other technical specifications are not yet revealed by the company. According to the company, pricing and technical specifications will be revealed after taking the car into production. The car will move into the production in the start of the year 2012. So, the year 2012 will going to be the year of 2013 Toyota Rv4.

This will be the great car in terms of mileage and fuel saving. The car will run on electric battery, which can be charged in few hours using charging outlet.
