1. Summarize Yourself :

The summary includes information about your and your knowledge. It is must to included right keyword while adding the summary to your account. You can place the keyword once or twice. It is a good practice to mention your location while describing yourself. So that if clients search for an expert in a particular region, your profile may get the big bite.

2. Add Company Details :

Adding the details of your current and previous companies makes your profile appear more genuine. While mentioning your position, in the company, try to place your keyword, a very effective spot to hit. The keywords could be placed while describing your company experience as well.

3. Add Expertise :

The most important out of all is adding your expertise. This is the cream feature ; your expertise is what you are being searched for. It is imperative for all the users to display and mention at least 2 different expertise on eZdia else your profile may lost somewhere in the huge database.

The Add Expertise button / tab could be found on the “My Profile” page under the Home tab.

The Title of the Add Expertise form plays a major role in bringing your profile at the top. You cannot afford to miss placing your keyword here. Description is the second spot to strike. Since all the information provided about your expertise appears in the public profile, most of the experts mention their certifications and courses done, while filling this form.

4. Add Valuable and Unique Content :

Other than your expertise, what appears on your public profile (the page which is cached by google crawlers) are the Contents associated in your Knowledge Bucket. Do not let an empty knowledge bucket dissuade your valuable clients.

On the same “My Profile” page, you can find the knowledge bucket tab, where you can add contents and fill your bucket.

The uniqueness and quality of the content you are associating with your profile, makes the search engine to consider it more valuable page and qualified to occupy the top positions. You can associate your papers published, your articles, blogs and videos or even the power point presentations you have prepared and presented.

Describe your knowledge with the associated content, while adding it in your knowledge bucket.
